1. Heavy vehicles
   - Increased the playerbase required to unlock heavy vehicles to 35 (from 30).
   
2. Anti C Bug
   - You can no longer C-bug outside C-bug arena and duel arena.
   
3. Sniper Mission
   - Patched a bug where the sniper mission disappeared.
   
4. Headshots
   - Enabled vehicle headshots.
   
5. Shortcut commands
   - Added various alias commands for Support class and Donators.
   
6. Event System
   - Various updates to the event system.
   - You no longer get christmas gifts when you are in an event.
